Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location near Bui Vien Street, making it ideal for those wanting to experience Ho Chi Minh City's nightlife and attractions. However, reviews overwhelmingly mention poor cleanliness, with reports of cockroaches, dirty rooms, and misleading photos. Noise from nearby bars and the street is a frequent complaint, making it difficult for guests to sleep. Service receives mixed feedback, with some staff being helpful while others are described as rude or unaccommodating. The value for price is seen as fair by some, especially for backpackers, but many feel the hotel does not meet expectations based on its online presentation.
