Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently mention the hotel's convenient location and some friendly staff. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, with several guests describing rooms as dirty or not matching the photos. Complaints about small, old rooms and a poor atmosphere are also common. Service is generally neutral, with some positive mentions of helpful staff but also reports of unhelpful or indifferent service. Overall, while the location is a plus, cleanliness and room quality are major concerns.
