Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent location near Hiroshima Station, making it convenient for travel and access to restaurants and shops. Many found the staff helpful and service attentive, particularly at the front desk. However, several reviews mention that the rooms are quite small and can be noisy, especially those facing the train tracks. Cleanliness is generally appreciated, though a few noted outdated interiors. Overall, the hotel is valued for its proximity and service, despite some comfort drawbacks.
