The staff, food and accommodation was excellent. The wellness, sauna equipment need a little bit repair. Accessibility, parking possibility and the location (near to the lake) is very good.

I loved the food, the pool areas and the saunas were also great, but I cant stress enough how good all of the meals were.

We were at this hotel for the seventh time. We come here mainly because of the sulfur water in the hot pool. This time this water was not. It was said to be thermal, which was cold. When asked why it just so in the reciptions of wellness center replied that we are not the only one complaining and it ended. The next day the water was warmer, but the sulfur water was not.

The location was amazing, on a hill overlooking a dense forest as the autumn leaves turned and the morning mist gave a magical effect. The thermal pools were exceptional and very clean.
