Pros (+) I liked the location and the facilities
Cons (-) I reserved two rooms and they had only one ready and the hotel was full. I had to wait one hour after they added two additional beds to the available room. I asked the staff to book a table at the hotel restaurant and when we arrived they had not a reservation for us. We had to wait again until they had a table available. Very poor service.
