Lady was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location is not really close to city centre but bus access is excellent and signage to the hotel is excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Honestly the nicest staff I've ever encountered in Greece. Always accommodating and always kind.
A lot of the things promised on the website were not actualized. There was a pool, but they didn't fill it up. There was a way to the beach, but you had to take a long walk through a bad neighborhood and across a highway. There was parking, but not guaranteed and not owned by the hotel.

Room 1 st given was hopeless with half done bathroom and zero water pressure and needed a lot of Convincing of the owner to change the room for after 2 days. They probably need some education for customer service.
