The location to old town.
I guess the room was fine, but it was nothing special. Parking was terrible. I cannot imagine trying to find parking there during the tourist season!

The location was great! Check in gentleman was very nice and friendly. The room had a great view of the port. We were able to easily walk to our early morning ferry the next day. Breakfast was good.
The only negative was the hard mattress.

Location is great for an overnight budget hotel. Great location in Heraklion and close to the airport.
Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet is awful. Imagine waking up to see pasta for breakfast. No juice just sugar flavored waters.
