Pros: This hotel is perfectly located 15 Min walk from the beachfront South Bay with some good cafes, bars and restaurants around. The Staff was very kind and one of them was a surf teacher. They were very communicative and we sat twice together in the common room. The dogs and cats were quite cute too. The design of the hotel was very surf- oriented and I had the impression to be in Hawai. Stylish but not extravagant. The breakfast was good and enough to start the day (eggs, salad, yogurt etc.)

Pros: This hotel is perfectly located 15 Min walk from the beachfront South Bay with some good cafes, bars and restaurants around. The Staff was very kind and one of them was a surf teacher. They were very communicative and we sat twice together in the common room. The dogs and cats were quite cute too. The design of the hotel was very surf- oriented and I had the impression to be in Hawai. Stylish but not extravagant. The breakfast was good and enough to start the day (eggs, salad, yogurt etc.)
Cons: Serving breakfast starting 08:30 AM was for me a bit late. I don't sleep long when I'm on holidays. I was expecting serving time around 08:00 AM.

Cons: They charge us 1000 extra than we booked on the web and even though I hv then confirmation email showing the price they ignored. The staff ask me to email agoda or booking.com for query . That is ridiculous. The air con is dripping all night like raining and the the air con is not cool at night, it automatically fixed at 28 degree. No carpark slot, u need to wait for parking slot on the street.

Finally had to get booking involved, I received the info about 1 pm on check in day and I nearly didn't go! I was livid!!! The girl that actually was there to check me in was fantastic! She was cheerful and grabbed my heavy luggage and took it to my room cheerfully! Such a lovely girl! Room for 4 was quite small and had no window.
