Anna Marie dealt with us the whole time and was very professional. Not far from a ferry terminal and there's a 24h supermarket nearby. Short walk to the nice foot/cyclepath that goes directly into the city centre. The breakfast was good: pancakes and a choice of pastry, also bacon available. We paid 238Euro for 2 nights with breakfast.
The sauna facility was separated men and women, and as we were new to Finland, we didn't know the rules of it, so a bit of a guide in the hotel room would have been good (also it wasn't consistent information whether you should take your own towel or not). The coffee wasn't good. Breakfast was quite late: on the weekend it was 8-11am, so for our 10am flight we had to get breakfast to take out, so we simply ordered it the night before which was easy, but didn't get any choice in what we received. We got a cream cheese, ham, and cheese roll, an apple, and an orange squash. It definitely was not worth the price the breakfast was, so I really wouldn't recommend that. It was quite a walk to get in to the city centre and train station. The hotel feels like it needs a bit of a renovation.
The room was very clean and quiet. We didn’t hear a sound from the other rooms during our stay. There was a large supermarket within 5 minutes walk from the hotel, which was also quite helpful.
The hotel was in a perfect location for my needs during this trip, it was pretty affordable compared to other options in the city. I did not purchase 20 euro breakfast, that was too much for me, but I could get tasty sandwiches and excellent coffee, so I am satisfied
for me 20 euros for breakfast is too much, I do not eat that much in the morning. The AirCon was rather loud in the room, it could be a problem for some people with '' shallow'' sleep
Very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff is very friendly and always glad to help. The hotel is close to the Ruoholahti metro station.
Wanted to rent a bike, but at this time all of them were in use.
The breakfast was extremely good. Especially the fish was very tasty. The hotel is 5 min from big supermarket and metro. And taxi to the center is not expensive as well.
There are no bathroom things such as shower gel, shampoo etc. I supposed to find it in the room. It was disappointment. I did not find one more towel in the room.
