Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and the friendliness of the staff, making it convenient for exploring the city and feeling welcome. However, many reviews highlight significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, mold, and poor maintenance. Several guests also mention small or outdated rooms and concerns about value for price. While some found the atmosphere lively and enjoyed their stay, the overall experience is marred by hygiene and upkeep problems.

Pros (+) The hotel was great, the room was clean and tidy the it was right in the centre of the old quarter so you only had to walk outside and you have restaurants and shops available to you. Best of alll the staff were so friendly and helpful! They helped us plan the rest of our trip, gave us recommendations and guidance and we're really nice!
