Central location, heavenly beds, professional and warm staff, and wonderful shower pressure (not always a given in Hanoi). I’ll always stay here for work from now on!

The rooms themselves were spacious, very well equipped and clean. I was upgraded for free and was given a late checkout. The staff were always incredibly helpful - from getting taxis and transfers sorted to advising on places to see. I liked the location central, but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Hanoi. Infinity pool on the roof a surprising, but welcome addition. Incredible value for the price paid.
