Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central and convenient location, making it easy to access public transport and city attractions. However, there are repeated complaints about poor service, lack of communication, and issues with cleanliness, including hygiene concerns and insufficient room cleaning. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it while others note problems with availability or variety. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.
