Entertainment staff where friendly and kind especially Tito he always has time to come over for a chat and to check you are ok and try to make you smile and laugh
Air con never works in most of the rooms as I had to have 3 different rooms over my stay and the beds r single with 2 pushed together but massive gap inbetween and toilets leaked baths where dirty and old I had cockroaches in 2 of the rooms I stayed in and whenever you tried telling them they just said they would get maintenance to sort it but it never got done and the phones in the rooms do not work so you couldn’t even call down to ask for help! The food was also mostly inedible and it is completely catered for french and Russians as well as Arabic too
The hotel is good but the breakfast. Is poor
The paths along the hotel to the beach were peaceful and pretty..the wait staff during breakfast and dinner were move a d helpful. There was a lot of variety of food and it was decent tasting. The room attendants were really great
The front desk staff including the manager we're rude and not real friendly. The manager was the worse though...his snarky comments about us were so rude. Anytime we needed anything from front desk they made it seem out of there way like extra pillows or exchange money. When we would walk by we got dirty looks ...I don't know if it was cause I was American cause they seem to treat ppl from different parts of Europe nice. The room was very small and shower broken..At check out we let them know we would wait in lobby for 20 mins for our taxi cause he called us and let us know he'd be late picking us up and the manager said after 10 mins. 'maybe we should just go get them some beds and they can sleep in lobby for free'. I will never go back to this hotel. Oh and the hotel is pretty far from any place to go visit
They don’t have working card machine so we had to drive around hammamet at midnight to find a cashpoint that would give us cash. The room was used by someone when we arrived, it was dirty but we were just too tired to complain hence it was almost one at this point. Couldn’t even open the curtains not enough privacy. Just wouldn’t stay there ever again. Lucky it was only one night.
I've appreciated very much that they offer huge variety of local food.
Check in went smooth, but it looks like they have problems with certain credit cards cause the weren't able to process any of our credit card, so we ended up paying with cash.
