Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location near the train station and the friendliness of the staff. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, particularly in bathrooms and rooms, and several guests are dissatisfied with the lack of an elevator, especially when carrying luggage to higher floors. While the location is convenient, some guests feel the surrounding area is unsafe or noisy. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its accessibility and helpful service, but improvements in cleanliness and amenities are needed.
