Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near transportation and scenic spots, as well as the friendly and attentive service from staff. Many highlighted the spacious and clean rooms, traditional Japanese ambiance, and enjoyable onsen experience. However, several guests expressed disappointment with the breakfast and dinner offerings, especially the lack of Western options and the challenging flavors for those unfamiliar with Japanese cuisine. Overall, the positives of location, service, cleanliness, and room size stood out most.AI-generated from customer reviews
