Pros: The location is less than a 10 minute walk from East Railway Station and Po Park Shopping Mall. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and overall great value. There is also a cafe and breakfast buffet in the lobby.

Pros: Positives: 1. Room cleaner than expected for the price range, complimentary water bottles though no fridge, mosquito nets in windows. 2. Convenient location near train and metro, good value for the price, convenience store next door. Would stay again for a practical purpose in and out, would recommend for the same.

Pros: The location is less than a 10 minute walk from East Railway Station and Po Park Shopping Mall. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and overall great value. There is also a cafe and breakfast buffet in the lobby.
Cons: The room did not have a mini fridge and the AC was low on freon.

Cons: Despite the information in this page, it's further than 8 minutes walking from the railway/metro station, specially if you are carrying heavy baggage. Taking a taxi cost around 15RMB Anyway, if you don't carry anything it's just a walk.

Cons: You need to blizwalk if you we a t to get to hotel from Guangzhou East Station within 8 minutes as it claims. That path goes pass a garbage collection point too.

Cons: Tolerable negatives: 1. The hotel is an 8 minute walk from the station through a rather dirty area on a narrow sidewalk next to a road that passes by a garbage dump. Still not too bad. 2. While clean inside, the toilet door was a sliding glass door without insulation at the edges. At least it didn't face the bed. Again this is not unusual in China in this price range, not nice but not too bad.

Pros: I loved the way they treat their guests and its the best hotel in whole Guangzhou. I have to thank the front desk for helping me take my luggage to room, also for giving me a big room. I actually booked for 3 nights at first but then kept on extending my stay and lived there for more than 10 days. It was the best stay experience in Guangzhou and the location is great. Mcdonalds is just 2 minutes walk, bank, 711 stores, grocery store, cloth market. everything is just 2-3 minutes walk. Also one can sit in the lobby for hours and its safe and lively area but rooms are quiet and exceptionally clean. I will choose to stay here always when I am in Guangzhou.
