It was a nice pleasant oasis to go to. The rooms were really surprisingly spacious and comfortable for what I paid. The lakeview was really lovely.
There was a wedding reception at the time and so it was a bit noisy and I felt I was intruding walking around the areas in which there were celebrating.
Very good for this Prize.
It’s a old property.
The lake and mountains are truly beautiful
The first room that was supposed to be a superior room the smell of mould hit you as soon as the door was opened the grouting around the shower and around the wash hand basin was black with mould so I said I was not prepared to stay in that room I was taken to another which was exactly the same so again I refused it I was taken to a lakeside view room which was spotless but was asked to pay nearly £17 more a night so I said no The delightful young lady said to wait and she would try and find a clean room Half an hour later she returned saying that she had found a clean room It was fine The bed was rock hard I had a Chinese lady stay with me for one night and she said even by Chinese standards the bed was very very hard I asked for several duvets, which were provided very willingly and they made it just about bearable but only just it was still very painful The cleaning ladies were a delight we laughed together when the TV remote didn’t work infact when the TV wouldn’t work at all we all had a good laugh
Beautiful view on the lake. Quiet place to relax and unwind.
A night club across the road can be noisy after 9 pm. Ask for a room on the quieter side.
The hotel as a beautiful view. It's very relaxing and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast is good
I had no water in my room on arrival. There was a cockroach against my wall. The ladies came to kill it, it fell on my pillow and left the blooded pillow in my room. On the website they advertise they have Spa facilities, which they don't. They can also expand their dinner menu.
