The location was perfect! Right in the center of Centro Historico.
Not clean enough, base boards needed to be wiped down, and the floor needed to be swept/moped better.

The first day we arrived there were no towels on the our room, also there was no remote control for the television I asked for the remote control the staff never brought the control. I had to go to the lobby to pick it up We got the towels later. Also our access cards got disactivated went to reception and the young lady said they were activated but did not work had to go back to reception and I told her the cards do not work until finally she gave me new ones. On our third day we did not get clean towels until after 7:00 pm. We call to get new towels and the staff said around 5:00pm but five came in and gone and nothing. I had to go buy towels for my husband and myself . I will never stay in your facilities . You have the worst service
