Good value for money. Pleasant service. The well kept garden and pool area was a lovely oasis in the city.
The location is good, it’s on Lopez Mateos, but we were in the back building so we barely heard a whisper from the street. The pool was nice and the garden area is beautiful. The breakfast is fantastic. They have anything you could really want for breakfast - when we reserved we got a promo that included breakfasts, so it was a fantastic deal. You can tell that the property is older but it has been remodeled recently, so it looks pretty good.
If you’re coming with a small toddler, maybe ask to stay on a ground floor as there are some openings in the balcony and stairwell railings that freaked us out anytime our newly walking kid bolted out the door before us. Reality is nothing is going to happen, but the fact that he was strangely attracted to these spaces where he could lose his balance and fall was unsettling. I’d suggest a little bit of an improvement there to put parents’ minds at ease. But having said all that, definitely not a reason to not stay there, just keep an eye on your little guy.
Nice confy bed, King size great pillows. That is about it.
WiFi sucks big time, did not reach to the room and I used up all my data credit in my cell phone. For a 4 star hotel, the food is ugly, breakfast sucks. The room stunk like drain and even when I told the cleaning lady did nothing all 3 nights I suffered with the smell
It was a very enjoyable and restful evening.
WiFi did not work with my Android phone.
