No net curtain and as we were on the ground floor everyone going into the front garden could see straight into room .
The poached eggs in the morning were lovely, the staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel itself is reminiscent of a prison, absolutely the worst place we have ever stayed. You could not pay me to go back. My advice, get the lovely staff a better place to work, and then shut the dump down.
Dirty, cramped, dusty, hallways ridiculously narrow, their idea of a full English breakfast was child size. Don’t make me start on the bathroom ........ For the price, it was disgusting
Lovely sea view from the room.
Excellent Breakfast with wide range of choice. Staff very helpful and friendly and location very good. A slightly larger TV sited on the wall would have been better for viewing.
The size of the TV could have been better and it was difficult to watch when laying in bed so putting it on the wall would be better. Bath panel in room no 2 need fixing as keeps fall down.
Great location, staff were friendly. Great food and the food is value for money
Very misleading! Sea views weren’t actually sea views. The view from our window was to another building and a bin down below where we could hear staff (think it was the back to their kitchen). The cleanliness was ok, but not great. There was stains on the curtains, mattress, a whole in the bed cover which showed a stained duvet, mould on the bath mat bag and dust behind the bedside cabinet. The hallway to our room was so narrow and someone who hates small spaces may struggle to walk down this hallway! The room wasn’t large like it states. We could hear the people above us walking around and when trying to sleep it isn’t helpful. There wasn’t sufficient parking space. We had to park around the side of the hotel. The room was hot, had no air con or fan available. The window was broken so couldn’t hook it up to hold it open.
