First the good things, the staff were really helpful when they were there and the breakfast was really really good, fresh bread each day, whatever eggs you'd like. The location itself isn't bad with the bus stop to the city centre literally outside the hotel, with frequent buses to the centre (cost is 5 euros a day or 15 euros for the week)
For the price charged the room was basic, no fridge in the room and the water pressure for the shower was poor. However the main issue was the lack of air conditioning or nets over the windows to stop flies getting in if you open the window. If they added both or the latter the stay would have been entirely acceptable but without them, it meant getting bitten a lot or relying on a fan all night that required an extension cable to be plugged in.
The staff was very cordial and prompt in responding to pre-arrival queries as well as during the entire stay. Very nice and comfortable rooms in a calm location, easily accessible by public transport.
Was a bit worried about reaching airport to catch a 6am flight. The earliest public transport can take you to airport is 5:35am. Thankfully the prebooked taxi arrived promptly and it took less than 10 mins.:)
Very close to the airport and only a short trip to get into Graz. Breakfast is great and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is basic, but comfortable. I stay here every time I visit the area. The food in the attached restaurant is also very good.
Friendly staff, sufficient breakfast, good location for our business
Little bit noizy if windows are open
Overall a great place - The rooms are of a good size and clean; The restaurant food is excellent and much better than any other in the vicinity; Easy parking and easy access to Graz (day ticket only €5). Staff are very helpful
Location is a little remote and not much happening around the hotel; Could do with extra pillows and better headboards; Breakfast choice quite limited; Restaurant/Bar get quite busy on weekends and service suffers.
