Pros (+) Very quiet at night so having small kids it was nice not having their sleep interrupted. We were able to check in 2 hours prior. Great continental breakfast. Large variety of food. Pool is small but we had it to ourselves all week.
Cons (-) The staff were slow coming to the front desk. Had to yell excuse me a few times before anyone arrived.

Pros (+) The staff is helpful and accommodating, the rooms are quiet and comfortable, and there are decent amenities nearby. I was very happy during my stay and will book here again, as I travel to grand forks several times a year.

Cons (-) There were noisy guests placed in the room above me. That was my only complaint, but it was a very significant disturbance. The staff wasn't able to remedy the issue.
