The staff was incredible and super helpful and friendly. Amazing stay, super recommended.
I enjoyed the accommodation though just 1 night, because Staffs were so kind and facilities were great to take a rest. Most of all, The building was built at 1911! I was literally suprised and There are so many traditional and antique furnitures so I could be impressed directly.
Location. Traditional Bavarian building and decor.
Nothing. But a kettle in the room would have been a big bonus.
The hotel itself is very cute and classic alpine style from the outside, the inside is full of paintings, art, hunting trophies, and winding halls with little sitting nooks and pause points. It is certainly vintage, but that is part of the charm, like staying at a wealthy uncle's mountain lodge. The pool is clear and a bit chilly, but there is a hot tub and if you sit in it just right, you get a nice view of the mountains. Sauna and wellness facilities were very clean and orderly. My room had a gorgeous view of the mountains and the woman at the front desk was kind enough to allow us into our rooms before check-in AND she upgraded us to rooms with little sitting areas and a view! Staff was helpful and friendly, sad we couldn't stay longer. Breakfast was simple but good, I really appreciated that they had hot, fresh soft-boiled eggs on the buffet and a waiter brought a fresh pot of coffee to every table. Served in a beautiful three-season room. I would love to stay here again!
Nothing really, it was a great little hotel. It is clearly old or historic, which I really appreciate, but some people might consider "outdated." I found it to be simply charming, but real turn-key locks and a sparkling clean but 80's-style bathroom don't bother me. You get to see the mountains from your window for heaven's sake!
my review according to the my room because the hotel has three building. my room is very very nice.
un available air-condition. this point is important for visitors in summer.
