Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the beach, port, and ferry, as well as the availability of free or affordable cruise parking. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, poor maintenance, uncomfortable beds, and outdated facilities. Service was often described as lacking, with some guests experiencing problems with room assignments and housekeeping. Value for price was also questioned due to the condition of the hotel and limited amenities. Despite these drawbacks, some guests noted that the pool area was well maintained and that the location was ideal for cruise travelers.

Pros (+) Check in was easy
Cons (-) A/C was not cold enough. It was on 62 and felt like 78. Probably needed a new window unit. Room was clean. Beds were too hard. TV remote didn't work.
