Pros (+) Beautiful and spacious room. Fantastic staff. Perfect location and incredible facilities. You have access to the facilities of the other expensive hotels. I'm from Galveston and I didn't even know about this place. Only place I will stay when I come back.

Pros (+) The room was large, clean and perfectly maintained. The beds were comfortable & bedding high quality.

Pros (+) Location, nice room with a good view.
Cons (-) The continental breakfast was very lacking. It was put out once, not much of a choice and it was never restocked. We ran out of coffee quickly and no one ever came to even check much less refill it. The pastries were not fresh. Not what we expected for such a nice hotel.

Pros (+) Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was very clean and cozy. Great location for visiting the strand. We weren't going on a cruise but this would be the perfect pre/post cruise hotel.
Cons (-) Breakfast was less than desireable. Over the phone, staff seemed less than Interested in helping out and answering questions
