Cons (-) The valet service lost our car and made us 30 minutes late for our 20th anniversary dinner reservations. Needless to say we were not pleased at having to make other plans. Then, I fell ill the next afternoon beyond check out time, and even after all of the trouble the day before, were not offered to have that night comped (though, truth told, we probably wouldn’t have accepted it).
