Green City Hotel Vauban

Quiet, nice decor. The transport ticket was a big plus. Tram stop outside the door. Good breakfast, gf on request.

The clearing up of breakfast tables could have been quicker, but as this hotel employs staff with handicaps, it can be forgiven

This is a smart, well run and looked after hotel with a great eco-friendly ethos. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable and area very interesting.

The only way the hotel could improve is by either giving better instructions for parking for those coming with a car straight after booking, or at least having an unloading bay. We were travelling by car and had to park on the curb near a junction to unload before finding out where to park. If I'd known where to park beforehand, I'd have parked and then walked the short distance to the hotel.

Excellent accessibility for wheelchair users. Also, good connections to the city with a free (largely accessible) public transport pass and a tram stop literally in front of the entrance.
