10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is absolutely wonderful. It is not similar to any of the hundreds of hotels and guesthouses I have visited all over the world. The house is beautiful. All furniture, decorations and furnishings come from the 18th century or are stylized for this age. The nicest place is the porch, which is a smaller version of the porch from "Gone with the Wind". All women can feel like Scarlet O'Hara
10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything! Booked for the fantastic ambiance & Ana and Michele made the stay a wonderful experience. Beautiful and delicious breakfasts lovingly prepared and delightfully served. Thanks for the recipe. Thank you. I wish I I had a direct e- address. Would like to send a special photo. Hoping to stay in the Ross room again next time. Christine Peters missspookych@yahoo.com
Cons: Not a thing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Have stayed in a lot of bed and breakfasts in USA but this was one of the best! Made very welcome by the inn hosts who offered to help carry our luggage when we arrived and left. The house is full of antique style furniture and fittings. My favourite room was where we had breakfast as everything had a peacock theme! We stayed in the turret room which was nice as it had a separate dressing room with dressing table between the bathroom and bedroom. The only negative was that there was no tv in that room, which we didn't realise at first. Still it didn't make much difference as we weren't in the room very long during the day. The breakfast was amazing and each course was freshly prepared. We managed to get a parking space on the street right outside. It was only a short walk to the shopping area with some great small, independent shops.
Cons: No TV in the turret room. Although we liked all the food, it would have been better if a breakfast menu was provided as some people might not have liked everything or preferred a choice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Anna made me feel so welcome and indulged! She gave a personal tour, carried my bags, advised on where to wine taste and eat, where to park, retrieved an extra robe and made me feel like "family come home"! Breakfast was the best ever.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was delicious! I slept like a baby and being just a walk away from historic downtown Frederick made for a great evening. Outstanding!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room go switched upon arrival to one of the larger options. We did not mind since we did not have any special affinity for the room we had selected. Street parking was easy. The breakfast was amazing! We enjoyed all of it. The bed and room were well appointed and comfortable. We also loved the charm of the decorating downstairs in the common areas.
Cons: There was central air, but there was also a widow unit. We were told we could turn the window unit off but did not. Our mistake! I regretted that as it was very noisy and kicked on and off more regularly than any other unit I have ever been around. I was too tired to get up and figure it out in the middle of the night, so I put in ear plugs to reduce the number of times it woke me up.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was amazing. Three courses and all ingredients was fresh! We love everything about this place. Fireplaces, tea and coffee buffet at the ready, comfortable mattress and bed linens, freshly ironed! Thank you!
Cons: Nothing not to like!

Pros: Clean hotel with nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. Complimentary popcorn was a huge hit with our son - thanks!

Pros: The shower is amazing! We over all loved the room!
Cons: The light bulb was out above the dinning room table.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice location and very nice hotel, especially the shower. Staff was exceptional and exceptionally friendly.
Cons: The room description on the internet said room had a sofa but it did not have one. Also, hotel description said they had a "NO PET" policy. However, a guest was seen entering the side door with a dog. Will not stay at this motel again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My mother and I were in town to visit with and elderly and unwell family member. Accommodations at your hotel were perfectly suited for this occasion. The entire staff were friendly and helpful. I would like to make a special note stating that Alan, the maintenance person, was especially kind and compassionate. Firstly, noticing that my elderly mother was about to walk down a recently mopped floor, he quickly walked over, offered his sturdy arm for support and escorted her so that she did not fall. It was so kind and helpful. He checked in on us a few times to ensure that we had all we needed. Additionally, Bill at the front desk made us feel very welcome after a long and emotional day. We decided to eat our dinner in the lobby, in front of the fireplace. He was very helpful and friendly. The staff at this particular hotel were wonderful. We thank you.
Cons: My mother and I cannot eat gluten. We would like to suggest the addition of perhaps some gluten free breakfast choices. For example, gf cereal and gf bread. Otherwise, breakfast was sufficient.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, great location
Cons: AC broke-told the staff but nobody came to look at it, stayed 3 days and received no maid service
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to downtown Frederick. Free breakfast.
Cons: Water was not warm enough. We could only take a luke warm shower.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location. Friendly staff. Good housekeeper.
Cons: The breakfast offered is uninspiring. The food is all right and the setting is comfortable, but it is a dreary experience. Most days, on the hot buffet, the sign said that there was bacon, but only once was it bacon. I would like better fresh bruit.

7.1 Good
Pros: The hashbrowns were tasty at breakfast
Cons: waited too long for a washcloth, at least a good hour, had to go to the front desk no one was there , had to ask the breakfast attendant to help me find someone to get a washcloth.
6.3 Good
Pros: Room was lovely, big and clean. Maids were very friendly and made you feel welcome. 24hr coffee available, basketball, BBQs you can use, pool - all excellent but not obvious or advertised.
Cons: The breakfast was really not up to what I would expect from somewhere charging so much, no bacon! Reception staff were not friendly at all. Not enough carts for so many rooms, receptionist offered no help to locate one. Advertises a social but notice when I get there that it's only Sunday - Thursday. TV has a really odd guide and not much choice.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Convenient, well priced, very clean
Cons: Beds are too firm
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Noise from a/c in room and on roof. Could actually feel bed vibrating if you placed your hand on bed. And the a/c on the roof sounded like an old washing machine. Finally fell asleep around 4:00 a.m. emailed Dawn Dillon and Yesly Hernandez , assistant general mgr. I have been in some bad hotels/motels but never written a complaint before. The noise was terrible.

6.7 Good
Pros: The room was clean, wifi was very good, and the coffee at breakfast was good. The free and fresh cookies were also very good.
Cons: This was not a typical Fairfield Inn & Suites, which we like and seek out. The room was small. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. The vanity area was dark and not well lit at all. We think it had been a different hotel and was changed to Fairfield.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good, decent spread, fresh enough, location was ideal, close to major highway and nearby attractions.
Cons: The bathroom constantly reeked of cigarette smoke. It was hard to figure out where it was coming from, but it was definitely either next to us or below us. That was very disappointing.

Cons: After I booked the hotel through booking it said that my total was $154.92. Which that is all the room was supposed to be. After checking in and checking my bank account I noticed that I was charged $180 instead of $154.92. I then asked the lady at the front desk why it was that much and she said it was a safety deposit encase something would break it would cover it and that the $30 should be refunded within 7 days. I just wish that they would have told me that when initially checked into the hotel.

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: I liked the ease of check in and check out. That’s it
Cons: The cafe in the hotel was subpar and they need to rotate their inventory to discard spoiled items. Also the cleaning staff did not spruce up the room after our first night. They informed the front desk that they had done the room when we inquired. Upon entering the room after our activities of the day, you could clearly tell that was not truthful. We asked that the room be done while we were at dinner.

Pros: Value for the money, location, free breakfast, friendly staff.
Cons: Manual settings on heating unit in room... Led to having to get up during the night to adjust the room temp. Would have preferred a thermostat.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms and nice set up.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts. The food was hot, tasty, and plentiful. The variety and freshness was terrific. The housekeeping staff was respectful of "do not disturb" signs and prepared the room nicely each day.
Cons: I didn't like the inability to have towels and bed linens retained during my stay. Many of the hotels and other Comfort Inns have a "towel on the hook/towel on the floor" program. Although I am not completely sure, the bed linens were changed each day of my five day stay--I liked having the bed made, but felt that changing sheets daily was unnecessary. I was surprised the hotel did not have these "green" programs. I am always skeptical of hotel carpeting and its cleanliness--the Comfort Inn Frederick was no exception.

Pros: 1st notable mention for me was nice hot shower with great water pressure. Bathroom was spacious and very clean, towels thick & absorbing. Beds were excellent not too soft not too hard. Pillows tho very soft. Good size desk, lightening very good, enough power outlets (nite stand had a powere surge strip with direct plug & USB). Room 232 was quiet, no door or noise issues. A/c worked very well. No bugs!! Breakfast was excellent. Can't remember woman attendant's name but she kept hot foods and cold stuff filled (tho there were no large groups there to overwhelm breakfast time). From bagels English muffins, 3 different mini muffins, yogurt, cereals, alternated french toast/pancakes (waffle maker out of service), scrambled eggs, too too crispy bacon with sausage patties, dehydrated home fries like cardboard, juice dispenser not watered down, had low fat milk and chocolate milk. And Heinz ketchup squeeze bottles. Ya think I was impressed?! Didn't use any other amenities (pool, exercise room, computer station). Easy to get to once you figure it's beyond Dick's. Very close to mall shops food places. All in all highly recommend.
Cons: Negatives - no mini fridge or microwave.

Cons: The cafe in the hotel was subpar and they need to rotate their inventory to discard spoiled items. Also the cleaning staff did not spruce up the room after our first night.
