Cons (-) There was absolutely no hot water in my room, on the second floor. Staff said it was due to the construction, and said they would notify the general manager. I asked him to have the manager call me, which never happened. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned, and had hair and dirt all over the floor. Pros (+) The proximity to my job was good - however everything else was dreadful. After sharing my experience there with the front desk - they did take two nights off of my stay which was appreciated. I would have changed hotels if I had more free time in the day to figure it out.
Cons (-) The water was an issue - never had a warm shower during the course of a week. The first night it was freezing cold and then was scalding and then freezing cold and scalding and freezing cold as the week progressed.
