No Air conditioning

Location not too far from airport. Stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Our triple rooms were NOT made for three people, just original beds squeezed together and a cot rolled in—no space to walk between or around beds. The bathroom was a tight squeeze for an adult (shower door hits sink; toilet squeezed in. Bathroom door didn’t open completely because it hit the bed. There was no air conditioning, so room temperature was an uncomfortable 30 C. There were only 8 tight parking spots (8 Euros per night) for 60 rooms in the hotel. We had to really go back and forth a lot to finally be able to back out into the street from the back parking lot.

I booked a room in this hotel for two nights. My booking included free WiFi but the WiFi was not working. I talked to the reception the first night that I arrived and he said we cannot do anything to fix it now! The next day I again went to the reception and the lady said we are working on it but it will not be fixed until afternoon. I told her that I have some emergency work and she said you can go to an internet cafe at the next block in the street!!! I paid 250 Euros for 2 nights stay in a very average 3-star hotel in Frankfurt without WiFi. This is extremely unfair.
