Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to key attractions and shopping areas. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with cleanliness, breakfast quality, service, and bed comfort, citing issues such as poor hygiene, unhelpful staff, uncomfortable beds, and subpar breakfast offerings. While a few guests found the hotel acceptable for a short stay and appreciated the value for money, the overall sentiment is mixed, with more negative feedback on several important aspects.
