Pros:The room was clean. The television had decent channels.
Cons:Hotel is outdated. The furniture in the room needs an upgrade. The carpet is old and worn.

Pros:Good enough for the value. Sketchy looking group staying there, but no problems. Not luxury room but adequate for our needs. Old place and looks like it, but we had no problems. As an older woman who was not using the room other than sleeping, cleaning up/changing, reading, light breakfast, it was fine. A bit far from the beach, which was why we were there (Sannibel) but easy drive to get there. We stayed for 2 nights for less than what 1 would have cost on the island.

Pros:I stayed for a week while I was in town for work. The location is great; plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The room was clean and having a pool made all the difference!
Cons:My only complaint was that there was only one washer and one dryer, so it took me quite a few tries until I was able to do laundry. But hey, if that's my only complaint, it was a great deal!
Pros:Nasty place only for prostitutes and thier pimps
Cons:Nothing works staff speaks no english and tries to skip around cleaning your room paid $300.00 for 7 days and had to leave after 3 since I had children with me and got no kind of refund
