Pros (+) It was nice, spacious and clean plus, 30 second walk to the beach.
Cons (-) Asked for a late check out and her response was “absolutely not!” We asked, not even 30min, same response. Never has someone reply like that before, ever.

Pros (+) It was nice staying at the Seville which was closer to the beach and restaurants. The room was clean and recently remodeled. Lidia was nice as a host.
Cons (-) I was there when the hotel was remodeling, so some noise in the morning only.
