Pros (+) Spacious room
Cons (-) There was no free breakfast and the breakfast was really expensive and not very good. We asked for rose peddles to be put on the bed and they didnt do that. And the staff was not very nice.
Pros (+) Clean rooms, polite and responsive staff
Cons (-) Room near the elevator was loud, 4 days with only one elevator working, good but expensive breakfast buffet. 15-20 minute walk to the SE17th normal shops, restaurants.
Cons (-) It’s just was a nightmare I hope other people see this , customer service sucks, the room needs updating, lights not working, shower head loose, please stay away
Pros (+) I would say everything was excellent front desk service ,,staff, room cleanliness enough towels excellent house keeping, great restaurant on same building which it was awesome
Cons (-) Ugh the parking it was 10 dollars which is not that bad But it's in the same building and parking spots are super tight and not enough due to car rental company has a whole floor
Cons (-) I checked in on Christmas Day of 2016!!! Staff overcharged my checking and ruined our Christmas Day. Booked through Kayak and prepaid. Checked in at the hotel and account was charged AGAIN. Horrible experience. The manager did give us 10,000 bonus points for the stay--try booking a hotel stay with IHG points. That will not even you get you one night a Holiday Inn. I would recommend paying in CASH!
