Guests consistently praised the hotel for its beautiful and relaxing pools, tranquil and natural location, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Paco. Many enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, lovely views, and well-maintained outdoor spaces. However, some guests noted extra charges for air conditioning, issues with cleanliness in certain rooms, and the challenging uphill walk to the property. Overall, the positive experiences with the pools, location, and service stood out most.
