Pros (+) Location, far from the crowds. Only 10 minutes walk to Academy and 14 min. walk to Duomo. Descent Breakfast.

Pros (+) Staff were fabulous! Made you feel like a VIP. Rooms were small, but charming and so comfortable. One outlet was universal, so we could charge more devices without multiple adapters. Great breakfast and tea in the afternoon. Only 10-15 min from the sights. Has an elevator, so it's also good for tired legs at the end of a long day or family travel or elderly travel. Decent hair drier which is good ...
Cons (-) These suggestions not a criticism of the hotel. Rather a few notes for potential travelers. Most hotels in the area seem to have shampoo, but not conditioner. Also be prepared for small (but very very good!) cups of coffee.
