Pros:The location
Cons:Wifi and AC doesn't work. When asked about it continually got i don't know. The shower is so small you can't close doors.
Pros:For European standards, bathroom was slightly bigger. Breakfast selection was good. Location is convenient to get to and from SMN train station.
Cons:It took a lot of time to get our room ready. We arrived early at around 12:30pm and were told that the room would be ready by 2pm. We left the luggage and had lunch at nearby restaurant and came back and were told the room is not ready and would take 30 minutes. At around 3pm, they told it would take another hour. There were lot of people waiting. Don't know why it takes such a long time to get the room ready. Finally we got the room by 5pm.
Pros:The location was great. Close to the train station and the old town.
Cons:Staff was rude. The bathroom was very small and dirty. The mattress had almost completely collapsed in the middle (like sleeping in a bowl). Air conditioning only worked for part of the day, and wasn't very good when it was working. Breakfast was very forgettable.
Pros:It was close to the train station and could walk to all the main attractions.
Cons:The shower was little
