Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, many were dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, citing issues such as dirt, dust, and lack of towels. Service was also a major concern, with reports of unresponsive or absent staff, poor communication, and inflexible policies. Additionally, several guests mentioned uncomfortable beds and problems with bathroom facilities. Overall, while the location is a strong point, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and comfort.
