Pros:I checked in at 2:30am after traveling all day. When I got to my room I looked for a DND sign and could not find one. I said to myself "hmmm self, since there's no DND sign visible housekeeping must not come until you check out." At 7am the alarm clock went off. At 7:30am the front desk gave me a wake up call. I did not set the alarm or ask for a wake up call. Having driven 18 hours the day before and another 10 ahead of me, and having been TWICE disturbed I called the front desk to request a late check out. That was denied. I drifted back off to sleep only to have housekeeping come by about an hour later. At that point I called the front desk to ask what time check out was officially, why the alarm went off in my room, why I received a wake up call, and why housekeeping was banging on my door. I was told, quite snottily, that I was not the only guest in the hotel and needed to understand that they had a high turnover volume. As a paying guest I do not think my stay should be disturbed due to OTHER guests... I would not recommend anyone stay here, EVER. I expected to get 8 hours of sleep, not to be awakened repeatedly 4 hours after I checked in. I also did not appreciate how incredibly rude "Kitty" at the front desk was. Not once did I receive an apology or an acknowledgement that I had been disturbed. Also, I forgot to mention when I got to the room the heat was on high, even though it was 80* outside AND the cleaning solution housekeeping used permeated the air and literally made me dizzy from fumes. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE.
