You notice that the staff is really trying to go an extra mile: very helpful, friendly. Your skipass is waiting ready in the morning so you don’t need to queue in the morning. The hotel is located very close to the lifts but if you don’t want to walk the hotel has own shuttle bus. Breakfest is superb. Spa area is very nicely designed. My car was park by the entrance and was supposed to be relocated by the hotel personnel. It was done and the car got cleaned off the snow in the process. Thank you.

Cook would prepare eggs in different ways for you.
Breakfast was good but it lacked fruit and smoked salmon which for this price range should be part of the menu> Also you did not have scrambled eggs.

- Lack of information: nobody told me that breakfast has to spend at a specific table. (Maybe it's written down somewhere) I realized this at last day, when I was moved to a 10 person table (full of used plates and other things) during my breakfast. When I asked that should I bring the room key with me or leave at the reception, nobody informed me that the front door will be locked after 11pm. (It's is in the info book at the room, but would be better in person, specifically if you ask) - The church is close, so be prepared to wake up early
