Pros (+) The location of the property is stunning, incredible views of the Caldera. When we arrived, we were able to check in immediately and were greeted by very warm staff. Our room, the Sea View Mini was on the small side, but the views and service made up for it. Cons (-) As Firostafani is built into the side of the cliff, there are a lot of stairs. We had to go down to reception, then back up to go to the other side to go down 2 more flights of stairs to get to our room with our bags. It would have been nice to have some assistance with the bags. The young woman at the reception helped on arrival, it would be nice to have someone on call for assistance upon arriva...
