Location, easy to find , lovely traditional Moroccan architecture / designed rooms , well managed by their manager Karim assisted by Moustafa and housekeeping / laundry lady . My stay was cut short by the Corid 19 virus but I plan to return when the global health challenge has settled down and would highly recommend anyone staying at Riad Hala . Also enjoyed it’s close proximity to the M Touch and Clock restaurants with their rooftop dining areas . For more general shopping you are only a short 1 euro taxi ride to Carrefour and additional restaurants within plus La Cave for any alcohol supplies . Highest recommendation and many thanks to Karin and Moustafa ( a’cuse spelling ). Karin speaks fluent English and french in Addition to his native Arabic . I am Irish / Hong Kong myself .
Nothing to dislike . Only regret only having an opportunity to stay a couple of days. Couldn’t fault the axdomodation in any way at all .
Beautiful bedroom and breakfast room. Lovely rooftop. Superb staff. Price very reasonable.
Stayed for two days. Very nice room, above expectations, clean and comfortable,.. very nice terace. Everything was great, stuff very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Would come back and highly recommend this Riad.
The staff, Karim and Mustafa, were very very good. Super helpful and friendly. They made me feel very welcome and taken care of during my stay. The riad can help you organize tours, taxi, etc. I was very satisfied with the tour guides, taxi services, etc. that was arranged for me. The riad is beautifully decorated and felt like a nice quiet retreat. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable that it was difficult to wake up. The location of the riad was perfect because it is just off the big slope and close to the blue gate. Therefore, it was easy to find and return. It was a very quiet place even though it was in the medina. I recommend spending time on the terrace as it is higher than most. You basically have a view of the whole medina from the most westernly point.
The location is amazing and the interior of the riad is old but also very well preserved. Karim was really friendly and helpful! Definitely recommendable!!
