Overall, guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many appreciated the friendly and accommodating service from the staff and hosts, as well as the convenient location close to public transport and city attractions. However, several guests were dissatisfied with the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, feeling that standards were not met.
