Breakfast is not complimentary, even though it sounded as though it was, upon check-in. Housekeeping did not refresh our room during our 2 night stay, which would have been fine, if there had been enough coffee in the room for 2 mornings . . . For what we paid for the amenities, I would have expected the amenities daily. . .

Pros (+) Great hotel, but the staff was the real difference-maker. In particular the front desk and ESPECIALLY the server in the restaurant for breakfast.
