Definitely location. It was nice cozy hotel. Clean, quiet. Close to the sea, fancy restaurant just around the corner, a big supermarket behind hotel with very cheap products. Many bars just 1-2 minutes walk from hotel.
Very small shower. It was not a problem for us small people. But if you are large size, it might be uncomfortable.
