Exceptional views and friendly staff
Shower wasn’t very clean and needed to request clean towels for the room. Not a very safe entry and exit into the hotel at night
Hotel was all locked up and all staff gone before 6.30pm on the Sunday. We had to go out using the fire escape in the pouring rain, there was no lighting on the fire escape and no carpark lights on either. There was still no lighting on the car park or fire escape stairs when we returned at 10.30 pm. It was better on the Monday as the bar was still open when we returned, so there was ighting on. The breakfast was OK but on the Tuesday two of us asked for a poached egg and the waitress came over and apologised for the delay as the person cooking didn't know how to do it, so she had to go into the kitchen to make them.
Booked as a present and got upgraded so lovely
Nice set out room and comfortable bed.
Locked in 1st floor waiting for someone to open in the morning. Couldn't get down for breakfast as locked in until 8.20. Television had limited signal and kept losing volume when changing channels.
