The jacuzzi in the bathroom. The room was huge. Even a little stove. Loved it.
There were no elevator. But luckily we were only on the second floor.
Friendly staff and great location .
Bed wasn’t comfortable .
Hotel is in the middle of downtown with free parking. Easy to get everywhere. Friendly and helpful staff.
TWe were there in early March and the heat did not work the first day and the bedding was summer like. We found the extra blanket too late, tucked in a corner in the bathroom. When we complained about the cold, the manager responded right away and we had heat.
The location is prime. Walking distance to all of downtown Eureka Springs. It was a very beautiful suite, recently upgraded, with a private entrance located in the back of the hotel. The spa tub was very nice, as was the shower. The front desk clerk, Derrick I think is his name, was very nice and helpful. We also enjoyed the large flat screen TV in the suite. The bed was very nice and comfortable, and four large nice pillows were provided. The lounge sofa was very nice as well.
It was dusty and there were some cobwebs. We had to ask for toilet tissue after the first night because no one came to clean the room and replenish necessities even though I hung the sign on the doorknob asking for maid service as soon as possible. No one came after the second night either and we had to go to the front desk and ask for maid service because we were out of bathroom linens and the trash was overflowing. There were only two tiny trash cans provided. Also, they provided an iron but no ironing board, and their iron ruined a brand new shirt of mine. We tried to clean the iron, and tried to save my shirt but to no avail. Lastly, the sun was blinding in the mornings coming in through the several high windows that have no coverings, so if you want to sleep long past sunrise, this suite is not a good option.
The hotel was quiet and the kitchenette was great. There’s a little convenience store across the street and a restaurant in street level.
