Pros (+) Their staff was very accommodating, allowing for a late check-in and making sure everything was just so. The price for the mini-suite was quite reasonable. We had minimal disappointment in our choice of stay. Even their restaurant was quite friendly and accommodating, and delicious!
Cons (-) The room was a bit dated, though I know they were shooting for a Bavarian theme. They hit the mark, but I would say it was more 'old world' Bavaria (we've traveled there). There were a few cobwebs in corners, the couch wasn't all that comfy, and there was no mini-fridge (which we could have used).
