The pillows, the staff , and the restaurant
Air conditioning maybe
Location and the pool area.
We knew there was no a/c before we got there but the proximity of the window from the room next to us allowed us to see into their room and then to see into our room. So we kept the curtains closed and the room was pretty warm at night as a result.
I loved the room, the hospitality of staff and the view from the room. Want to come back next year and try the dining room. Heard the food is excellent.
The weather. All else was fine. I had some trouble navigating the parking facilities , duh, didn't follow the arrows on the ground.
Nice property. Great location.
No A/C No breakfast served
The location was great. Easy check out process and the grounds were clean and well kept.
Check in process was too lengthy. Staff at front desk were not professional. Was not aware that it was a time share and that we would not have room service with cleaning on a daily basis. We had to take out our own garbage and change our own sheets and towels. We also had to do the housekeeping with sweeping and vacuuming. For the price I would have stayed at a regular hotel for the convenience of not having to clean. By the end of our stay everything was dusty such as the TV console and end tables in living room and bedroom. The price was too expensive to have to dust on vacation. My understanding was that it was a hotel that we were booking not a time share or VRB where we would not have any amenities with room service and cleaning.
