Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and proximity to attractions, restaurants, and parking options. Many found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable, with some highlighting helpful staff and a cozy atmosphere. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with several guests mentioning dirty linens, towels, carpets, and bathrooms. Service and breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff helpful and breakfast satisfactory, while others experienced inattentive service or limited breakfast options. Parking was generally available but sometimes inconvenient or unorganized. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location, but improvements in cleanliness and some services are needed.
